从上午 9 点到下午 6 点，塔拉纳基山将有一段时间的大雨。
与此同时，从莱文（Levin）向南的霍罗亨阿（Horowhenua）、卡皮提（Kapiti）海岸、惠灵顿和塔拉鲁阿山脉（Tararua Range）预计会下雨，而且下雨的时间会持续到下午 5 点。

预报员提醒人们密切关注预报，以防当地的大雨预警升级为警告，或有地区新发出预警。
今天全国大部分地区都在等待降雨，南岛的部分地区预计将迎来降雪。
MetService 表示，昨晚一股凉爽的气团正上升到南岛上空，给奥塔哥和南部湖区的高海拔地区带来降雪的风险。NIWA 说降雪可能低至海拔 800 米。
